Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work

These trainings provides a safe, supportive space to explore the foundations of mental health and wellbeing at work. We focus on awareness, prevention and everyday strategies that promote a culture of openness, care and sustainable performance. Participants will gain tools to recognise early signs of stress and burnout – in themselves and others – and develop simple, proactive habits that support mental health across teams. Suitable for leaders, line managers or whole organisations looking to build a mentally healthier workplace.

Positive Leadership

Topics include psychological safety, Appreciative Inquiry, positive feedback, positive communication, emotional intelligence, strengths-based leaders and more.

"I was lucky enough to work with Lis on the recent Women in Finance Summit, where she ran the Overcoming Imposter Syndrome Workshop. As a producer and organiser, she was a dream: flexible enough to run the workshop on silent disco headsets; taking the initiative to bring the session to life with materials for attendees; not to mention the content.

Lis's insights were nothing short of invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend Lis for any workshop or event focused on personal and professional development. Her expertise, coupled with her personable approach, makes her an outstanding facilitator who can make a meaningful impact on individuals and groups alike. Thank you, Lis, for an unforgettable experience that will undoubtedly have a lasting effect on our attendee’s personal and professional journeys."

Lis came into our business to lead and deliver training and awareness workshops around mental health with our employees and it was a pleasure to have her come to work with us.

The sessions were warmly received by all who attended. Thank you so much for sharing your story with us, Lis, and for helping us on our journey to raise awareness in the workplace. Everyone in the room left feeling uplifted, informed and inspired.

Michaela Longo, Helaba Bank

Attending Lis Cashin’s three mindfulness workshops has been a truly transformative experience. Although I was familiar with the idea of mindfulness, it wasn’t until Lis’s sessions that I began practising it daily, encouraged by her supportive approach.

Since then, I’ve noticed a real shift – I’m more aware of my trigger reactions, my thinking has become clearer, and my confidence has grown significantly. I now face situations I once avoided, understanding them more deeply. If you get the chance to attend one of Lis’s workshops, I can’t recommend it enough. They’re fascinating, practical, and a reminder of how important it is to take time each day to be present and connect with ourselves.

I reached out to Lis for support with a team facing particular challenges around stress, and she came highly recommended – rightly so. She delivered two impactful sessions: one on mental health, stress, and personal responsibility, and another on having powerful conversations.

The feedback was unanimous – Lis is an outstanding and inspiring trainer who puts people at ease. Attendees walked away with practical tools around communication and recognising stress, and the only request was to offer the sessions more widely. We’re already booking in the next ones!
